Step 2: Sampling (3 - 10 working days)
Confirm the sample requirements. New customers are responsible for sample material fees and shipping costs. For old customers, the sample material fees are borne by us, and the shipping costs are borne by the customer. The full amount can be paid in advance through the company or private bank account.
If there is no stock, production will be arranged as soon as possible, usually within 3 days. OEM or customized packaging labels may take an additional week.
Provide sample photos or videos for confirmation before shipment, the express number and customs clearance documents will be sent in time, and follow up the entire transportation process.
Step 3: Sample testing (time depends on the customer)
After receiving the sample, please feedback any questions and we will respond within 24 hours.
The test needs to be carried out according to the user's instructions. If there are any technical problems, engineers are available to assist by phone or video at any time.
Step 4: Bulk order production (7 - 25 days)
After the sample is confirmed to be satisfactory, enter the bulk order, and an invoice or contract will be sent. Payment methods such as wire transfer are supported.
Bulk orders generally require a 30% advance payment, and the balance must be paid before shipment. Old customers can negotiate payment policies.
Immediate production after receiving the payment record, completed in 1 - 3 weeks, sales engineers follow up throughout the process and communicate problems in a timely manner.
Step 5: Delivery (10 - 35 days)

Book a space with an experienced freight forwarder in advance, and provide packaging loading photos or video confirmation before shipment.
