For high-temperature steam transportation systems, aerogel insulation blankets are applied with multi-layer composite insulation structures, combined with aluminum foil infrared reflective layers and color steel protection. This solution significantly reduces insulation thickness while maintaining safe external surface temperatures. Compared with traditional calcium silicate insulation materials, the insulation thickness can be reduced to one-third, with energy-saving efficiency exceeding 26%.
