Production Process

Raw Material Selection: Carbon fiber is used as the main raw material. This fiber has excellent properties such as electrical conductivity, high strength, and chemical stability, laying the foundation for the high performance of the product.

Wet Papermaking Process: This is one of the core processes for manufacturing Carbon Fiber Paper GDL. First, carbon fibers are dispersed in a liquid medium to form a uniform fiber suspension. Then, through processes such as filtration and dewatering, the fibers form a wet paper web on the papermaking wire. Subsequently, the wet paper is dried to remove moisture and obtain the base paper of carbon fiber paper.

Post-processing Procedures: After the base paper is made, it undergoes a series of post-processing treatments, such as surface treatment and impregnation treatment. Surface treatment can improve the surface properties of carbon fiber paper and enhance the bonding force with other components. Impregnation treatment can enhance certain characteristics of carbon fiber paper, such as hydrophobicity and electrical conductivity.
