We manufacture outdoor cold-weather clothing that needs to accommodate varying warmth levels from -10°C to -40°C. How should we choose it specifications?

We can adjust the core parameters of it based on your desired warmth, offering flexible solutions. For everyday outdoor clothing designed for temperatures between -10°C and -20°C, we recommend a 20-40g/m² one. This can be used alone or blended with a small amount of down (in a 7:3 ratio), achieving a balance between warmth and cost. For clothing designed for extreme cold conditions between -20°C and -40°C (such as polar expedition clothing), we recommend a 60-100g/m² high-loft aerogel fiber, or a 5:5 blend of aerogel fiber and high-loft down. This ensures exceptional warmth while being over 30% lighter than pure down. We will initially provide 3-5 sample specifications based on your product's positioning and can also provide guidance to factories on optimizing sewing processes to avoid fiber clumping and ensure uniform warmth in the finished garment.

We would like to customize it products of specific dimensions (such as thermal insulation sleeves for special-shaped industrial equipment). Is the process complicated? Are there any after-sales guarantees?

The customization process is simple and comes with full-cycle guarantees: First, you simply provide a drawing of the equipment dimensions (or on-site survey), operating temperature, and weather resistance requirements (such as chemical exposure). Our technical team will provide a preliminary proposal within 24 hours. Second, we will produce one or two samples within 3-5 days for you to test compatibility (such as insulation performance and installation fit), with two free revisions. Third, after sample confirmation, we will complete mass production and delivery within 15-20 days. Regarding after-sales guarantees: If the product is damaged during normal use (not caused by human error), a free replacement will be issued within one year. For industrial applications (such as pipeline and equipment insulation), we also provide semi-annual inspections to check the integrity of the insulation layer and promptly address any minor leaks to ensure long-term insulation effectiveness.
