We need a 1.9-meter-wide aerogel insulation fabric with a PSA backing. Will this custom specification increase the minimum order quantity or production time?
A: No. Your custom requirement (1.9-meter width + PSA backing) does not increase the minimum order quantity, but only slightly increases production time. Our standard minimum order quantity of 50 meters remains unchanged (same as regular width), and production time is 8-11 days (only 2-3 days longer than standard 1.8-meter-wide fabric).
The 1.9-meter-wide fabric is produced using our adjustable coating line (no new molds are required), and the PSA backing is applied in-house via a lamination process (avoiding outsourcing delays). We will ship a 1-meter x 0.5-meter sample within 3 days.
