Thermal insulation topcoats form a dense, thermally protective layer on the surface of objects, highly reflecting infrared and ultraviolet sunlight, preventing the sun's heat from accumulating and heating the surface. They also automatically reflect heat back into the natural environment, reducing temperature fluctuations within the object. Nanomaterials with very low thermal conductivity are incorporated into the coating to insulate heat transfer, preventing external heat from conducting into the object even at high ambient temperatures. Application Guide

 

1. Add 5%-30% purified water and stir thoroughly before applying. This product can be applied by brush, spray, or roller.

2. The application temperature must not drop below 5°C, and the air humidity must not exceed 85%. Avoid application during periods of heavy fog, high humidity, or before or after rainfall.

3. Before application, remove dust, dirt, and other debris from the substrate surface and keep the work surface dry.

4. Apply continuously using a cross-coat roller or spray method, generally applying two coats with a two-hour interval between coats.

5. Apply the paint from the top of the building downwards, using spray or roller coating to define natural joints, corners, or downspouts. Try to complete each coating surface in one application.

6. Ensure a consistent finish throughout application, preventing any undercoating, dripping, or sagging, and ensuring a consistent color.
