Technical Parameters

1. Thinly coated with high-efficiency thermal insulation, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.04 W/(m•K).
Even with a relatively thin coating thickness, the paint forms an effective thermal barrier that significantly reduces heat transfer. This allows it to achieve insulation performance comparable to traditional materials while saving space and minimizing additional structural load.

 

2. Strong adhesion, micro elasticity, no cracking, suitable for all kinds of different base surfaces.
The coating exhibits excellent bonding strength on metal, concrete, masonry, and other common substrates after proper surface preparation. Its micro-elastic structure accommodates thermal expansion and contraction, preventing cracking, peeling, or delamination over long-term use.

 

3. Spraying with high-pressure airless sprayer or portable watering can, convenient construction.

Construction References:


1. The painted wall must be treated before painting to ensure that the
wall is compact, no floating ash, no grease, no shell and no peeling.

 

2. The construction temperature shall not be lower than 5 °C, and the air humidity shall not exceed 85%, and
the construction shall not be suitable before and after fog and humidity and rainfall.

 

3. After the lid of this product is opened, it needs to be stirred evenly before it can be used, and pure water
with a weight of no more than 5% can be added for dilution according to different construction methods.

 

4. The interval between the application of each coating should be more than 24 hours (when the construction
is in a cold or humid climate, the interval time should be appropriately extended).

 

5. The post-process can only be carried out after sufficient drying, and the construction generally needs to be
maintained for 3 days (specifically related to the thickness of the construction and the weather).
