Selection and Usage Guide

 

Selection Points
Temperature Range: Select the appropriate temperature resistance rating (-200℃ to +800℃) based on the application environment.
Thickness Selection: 3-6mm for general applications; 10mm for high temperatures or higher insulation requirements.

Surface Treatment:
Fiberglass Cloth Covering: Dustproof, suitable for areas with human contact.
Aluminum Foil Covering: Enhances heat reflection, suitable for high-temperature environments.
Special Needs: Consider whether special functions such as antibacterial or radiation-resistant properties are required.

Installation Recommendations
Measure the dimensions of the equipment to be insulated and cut precisely.
Use high-temperature resistant tape or stainless steel wire for fixing.
Overlap seams by at least 5cm to ensure a seal.
For high-temperature applications, an external protective layer is recommended.

Can it be used in ultra-low temperature or ultra-high temperature environments?

 

Absolutely. Standard models operate from -200℃ to +650℃, meeting the requirements of ultra-low temperature scenarios such as LNG storage tanks and cryogenic pipelines, and are also suitable for high-temperature equipment such as industrial boilers and high-temperature reactors. Custom-designed models can withstand temperatures up to 800-1000℃, suitable for extreme conditions in steel metallurgy, aerospace, and other industries.

 

Is the product environmentally friendly? Will it produce harmful substances during use?

 

It is an environmentally friendly and non-toxic material. It does not contain asbestos, formaldehyde, or other carcinogens. The production process produces no pollutants, and it does not release toxic gases during use. It has an A1 flammability rating (non-combustible), producing only a small amount of harmless gas in the event of a fire. It is recyclable after disposal, meeting green energy-saving requirements.
