At room temperature, the blanket achieves an exceptional 0.020–0.023 W/m·K, on par with premium aerogel ceramic fiber products in the market. That's roughly 2–4 × better performance than conventional insulation materials.

 

High Temperature Resistance
Engineered to withstand continuous use up to 650–800 °C, making it ideal for lining furnaces, kilns, industrial heaters, or high-temp process piping.

 

Thin & Space-Efficient
Typical blanket thickness is 10 mm, but customizable options are available. At that thickness, it delivers insulation performance equivalent to much thicker rock wool or ceramic fiber, saving both space and weight.

 

Flexibility & Strength
Reinforced with a ceramic-fiber felt backing, it offers improved tensile strength and easier handling during installation-even around curved surfaces.

 

Fire and Hydrophobic Properties
